Implement an enhanced Media Viewer and Media Picker with the following features:
- Large image view in a popup.
- Download option (fixed size issue).
- Swipe view using arrows or touch gestures.
- Draggable and resizable popup (resizable from corners).
- Scrollable navigation with arrow buttons.
- Include Close and Download buttons for better usability.
