When someone get a ticket for example, it will send a notification 
* Email Manager
* Email Customer
* Manager App Notification
* Customer App Notification
* Whatsapp Notifications
* Txt Message Notification

Firebase notifications will only display directly on the web and desktop platforms after the relevant API implementation is completed and functional.
