Implement an enhanced Media Viewer and Media Picker with the following features:

Large image view in a popup.

Download option (fixed size issue).

Swipe view using arrows or touch gestures.

Draggable and resizable popup (resizable from corners).

Scrollable navigation with arrow buttons.
- Include Close and Download buttons for better usability.
- Status changed from New to Resolved
Working on the download icon functionality to enable image downloads on PC (Windows and Web) platforms.
Add a zoom slider to the image popup for mouse users and a touch-friendly resizable line/handle for smooth zoom on touch screens.
