Missing tree lines and counts in left column

These submenus are the same as in the car category. The user can easily access it in the left side panel. Leaving these in the submenu makes it confusing for users and us as well. So we're deciding to remove these submenus in the next build because users can still access this functionality in the left side panel (Category Panel) easily. If you still want it, then we'll rollback it and will add its functionality.
